This heart pendant is set with genuine Rubies. They are of a lower quality and will vary in shade and they do have natural inclusions inside the stone. There is a tiny piece of genuine diamond set as an accent at the top. A small 16" bead chain is also included. The pendant and chain are made of sterling silver and plated with platinum. This is a very inexpensive way to have some real rubies and a diamond. Comes Boxed as Shown.
